Tim Seal – Senior Partner
Tim Seal is a Solicitor and a Partner of the firm. He was educated (so he claims) at Hemsworth High School. He has a degree in law from Nottingham University and served his apprenticeship in Barnsley before moving to work in Mexborough in 1986. He has worked at Hattersleys for 24 years.
His professional interests are now in:-
- Wills and Estate Planning including advice in relation to how to save your home from care fees and reduce inheritance tax liability
- Probate – helping to deal with deceased estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Applications, where access to another person’s financial affairs is required
Solicitors and their offices can sometimes seem a bit daunting. Tim’s aim is to have all his staff provide a less formal, more helpful way of dealing with the needs of all Hattersleys’ clients whilst remaining thoroughly professional and dependable.
